This total body workout is designed to work all the major muscles of the body. Led by a Certified Personal Trainer, this class utilizes traditional, cardio and dynamic compound exercises to get the best results. The format varies from class to class, keeping it fresh and exciting. Once you experience this ‘Body Blitz’class, you'll be sure to come back for more.
