The Friends of the Marple Public Library are hosting a class on decorating perfect wedding cakes and unique halloween themed pastries taught by Celebrity Pastry Chef Andrew Neide. Andrew brings to this class his 15 years of experience as former Executive Pastry Chef at the Four Seasons Hotel, Le Bec-Fin and the Hotel Dupont among other regional establishments. Included in the program will be demonstrations on the skill of making rose buds, flowers and other decorative designs with simple techniques. This class is free and open to the public. It will last 90 minutes and we will get to taste what Andrew creates for us. At Andrews request, the class size is limited to 30 people. Reservations are recommended.
