Join GFS Artist-in-Residence Mark Parsons for a hands-on learning experience in how the human mind connects meaning and memory to place and contribute to the communal Artist-in-Residence project at the same time. Attend one session or both! Parsons will inspire you to draw the spaces and places from your life, such as your backyard or grandparents’ home, or other meaningful place. This is a great experience for any age group: adults, teens, or children 7+ with adult assistance. Then return in October to see your drawings incorporated into Mark’s sculpture on exhibit in the Domestic Arts Building!
Space is limited, pre-registration required. To register, please call 609-586-0616, Tuesday-Sunday, 10 am-6 pm.
