Working with Fire Workshop

Building, maintaining and keeping fire safe is the topic of this workshop. Participants will learn how to split kindling with a hatchet, build a fire, and maintain a fire for purposes such as cooking and heating. Special attention will be given to safety concerns throughout the fire building process and especially to extinguishing or banking the fire properly. This is a 1-2-hour workshop.

Limit to 10 participants - must register in advance!
