Mark the Bicentennial of the start of the War of 1812 at Independence Seaport Museum's Tall Ship Weekend. You're invited to visit the Seaport Museum's new exhibit Home of the Brave: the War of 1812 in Art, Story & Song, then climb aboard aboard Lynx, a replica of a real 1812-era privateer. Visitors can also take a deck tour of the HMS Bounty (built for the classic film Mutiny on the Bounty) or Philadelphia's official Tall Ship, Gazela. All three Tall Ships will be docked outside the Seaport Museum over the weekend for visitors to enjoy.
