The Literay Council of Norristown is a nonprofit adult education agency providing free literacy services to adults in Norristown and its surrounding communities. Training is provided for tutors, and instruction for adult students is delivered via one-on-one tutoring, English as a Second Language (ESL) classes and GED classes.
