The Center for Emerging Visual Artists, in cooperation with Moore College of Art & Design, is pleased to present Introduction 2012, an exhibition by the new Career Development Program Fellows at The Center for Emerging Visual Artists (CFEVA). The exhibition, presented at the Widener Foundation Memorial Gallery, is on view February 1st through 25th with an Opening Reception on Wednesday, February 1st from 6 – 8 pm. Gallery hours for this exhibition are Monday through Friday 11 am – 7 pm and Saturday 11am – 5 pm.

CFEVA’s Career Development Program is a highly selective fellowship with only a 2% acceptance rate. This year’s applicant pool was 352 artists with just 6 new Fellows being selected. These six artists represent some of the most promising talent among emerging artists in the region: Leslie Friedman, Daniel Gerwin, Rebecca Gilbert, Kay Healy, Heechan Kim, and Johanna Inman.
