    Join us for a weekly YOGA CLASS at NIGHT in the COOL color-changing gallery/photo studio-turned-yoga studio at Colorspace Labs!

     

    Expect to break at least a little sweat, get in a well-rounded stretch, and leave feeling blissed out and refreshed. All levels of experience are welcome.

    Ashley Tryba is an alignment-based yoga teacher from Philly who enjoys sharing yoga’s physical, mental, and emotional benefits with friends and aims to bring yoga into art spaces and art into yoga spaces, where she believes these therapeutic forces can align and foster stronger happier creative communities.

    Suggested Donation of $10-20

    The space is ADA compliant and animal-friendly. Yoga students are encouraged to inform the teacher if this is their first time doing yoga or if they have any previous injuries, surgeries, aches or pains that the yoga teacher should know about, please feel free to send them confidentially to ashleyrtryba@gmail.com. You are also always welcome and encouraged talk to the teacher in person if you prefer.
