    Join food historian Susan Plaisted in the Mercer Museum’s Log House for a family-friendly drop-in program. Learn how gingerbread evolved from a mixture of ginger and breadcrumbs to its present day form, including the cut-out gingerbread man. Savor gingerbread samples and enjoy the tastes of the holidays.

    Please note: This is an outdoor program, please dress warmly.
