Students learn isolation movements of the hips and torso, how to frame them with graceful arm positions, and how to put them together with foot patterns in a simple choreography.
Belly Dance technique enhances flexibity and provides a fun workout to great music but is gentle on the ankles and knees. Students learn alignment and posture to enhance the dance.
