Find inner tranquility and balance during a one-hour yoga virtual session led by experienced yoga instructor, Emily Tara Sabalbaro. Emily teaches an all-levels, slow-flow class that enhances alignment, strength, and balance. Students are encouraged to use this practice to form a deeper connection with their minds and bodies throughout the meditative practice. This class is for ages 12+. Ticket pricing is $10/General Admission, $8/Seniors (65 & Up), $8/Students with ID, & $5/Members.
