Made in America: The Valery Ponomarev Jazz Quintet

    Multicultural Arts Exchange

9768 Verree Road, Philadelphia, PA 19115
    • Sunday August 13th 2017, 5:00pm to 6:30pm
Jazz: it’s America’s most famous indigenous musical style. Unlike other musical genres, jazz finds its deep-set roots here in the United States. It is a style that has truly been cultivated and made in America. We are elated to announce that the Valery Ponomarev Jazz Quintet, a group formed right here in the USA, will be performing a multitude of hits based on the American jazz tradition at our next event.

The quintet will be performing multiple songs from their album, "Our Father Who Art Blakey," along with a variety of covers that audience members of all ages will recognize and enjoy. Their set list is filled with songs that are bound to get your feet tapping, so we encourage all audience members to dance along during the performance!

Children under 12 can attend this event for free.

Music and dancing are best experienced with friends. If you would like to attend our event with a party of five or more people, please contact us at 855-594-8414.
    $20 - $30
