During this class we will explore how to eat mindfully and enjoy a balanced and healthy relationship with food using Yoga and Ayurveda (the sister science of Yoga). We will learn how to end the vicious cycles of “dieting” and learn of to maintain eating habits that will nourish you from the inside out.
