A Therapeutic approach for deeper relaxation of the mind and the body to restore our spirits. This class will focus on using traditional Hatha Yoga Poses that are held for a longer period of time using the support of props such as bolsters, straps, and blocks. This class will use breathing exercises (Pranayama), Yoga Nidra (yoga of sleep) and Mediation (Dhyana) to enable the you to feel more alert and refreshed.
ALL Props included in class. You’re welcome to bring your own. No prior yoga experience necessary! $20/person. Space is limited.
