Martin Luther King, Jr. Day of Service

Now in its 24th year in Philadelphia, the Martin Luther King, Jr. Day of Service encourages people to honor Dr. King by joining volunteer projects and giving back to their communities.

Started in Philadelphia in 1996, the Greater Philadelphia area is one of the biggest organizers and observers of Martin Luther King Jr. Day of Service. Organizations all across the city will come together to commemorate and walk in the footsteps of a man who was centuries ahead of his time.

From low-cost museum admission, special programming and volunteer opportunities, we have the list of all things MLK Day happening here in Philly.
