Started in Munich, Germany in 1810, Oktoberfest is now the largest Volksfest (beer festival and travelling funfair) in the world, occuring in the 16 days leading up to October. Oktoberfest is traditionally celebrated with copious amounts of Oktoberfest Beer and Wurst, among other favorite German delicacies.
