It may be time for social distancing but it doesn’t have to put a damper on your yoga routine. Yoga has countless mental and physical health benefits, especially in this time of recovery from the last year.

Now with the city reopened, it's easier than ever to enjoy yoga either from the comfort of your home or at the return of your favorite studio.*

Check out these top picks for yoga classes in your area!

These are just a few of the virtual yoga classes you can take right now:

    Raja Yoga and Meditation Center

Raja’s brick and mortar home is near 20th and South, and is nestled on a small block in South Philadelphia. Currently offering virtual yoga classes in the forms of Hatha, Vinyasa and Gentle, there is something for any skill set. They also offer Yoga with Meditation every Saturday. It’s perfect to shake off the self-isolation blues.

    Tuck and Barre

An organization with multiple locations in Philadelphia, Tuck and Barre is known for both yoga and barre classes. While we are socializing at a distance, they are offering livestream classes free on social media. Of course, support is always welcome!

    Sanctuary Yoga and Mindfulness

A center for wellness and mindfulness, Sanctuary’s class line up is filled with a variety of yoga and meditation classes. They offer the option of participating in livestream classes, however, if you are a little shy, there is an option to purchase various recorded videos from each of their standard instructors. An ideal option for all yogis who need flexibility.
