After 20 years of providing Whole Foods with sushi across the country, Genji is expanding their production and is now offering ramen bowls at the Cherry Hill Whole Foods location.
Genji’s Tonkotsu ramen is made with a rich pork broth, thin noodles and fresh, sustainably sourced ingredients. Each ramen bowl contains Chashu Pork, Bean Sprouts, Scallions, Black Mushroom, Ajitsuke-Tamago (Marinated Boiled Egg), Mayu, Red Ginger and Seaweed. Choose from three different seasoning styles; Shio (salt), Shoyu (soy sauce) or Spicy Miso. In addition to ramen, you’ll find a new, dry-style ramen called “mazemen”, made with thick whole wheat noodles and a delicious, creamy sauce.
