    Guided Buddhist Meditation Class

    Everyone wishes to be happy all the time, but we cannot achieve this goal unless we attain lasting inner peace. In this class, we will learn basic meditation techniques and Buddhist advice that can help us to become happy and peaceful from within.

    Each class includes two guided meditations and a teaching on a Buddhist topic. All are welcome afterwards for tea and conversation.

    Everyone is welcome.

    Jan 14 – Deepening Your Experience of Meditation: The Practice of Retreat
    Jan 21 – Exploring the Benefits of Meditation: What is Liberation? What is Enlightenment?
    Jan 28 – Discovering the Joy of Discipline: Establishing a Daily Meditation Practice

    Feb 4 – Overcoming the Obstacles to Deep Meditation
    Feb 11 – Progressing in Meditation: Attaining Tranquil Abiding
    Feb 18 – Using Meditation to Solve Relationship Problems
    Feb 25 – Using Meditation to Solve Our Anger Problem

    March 3 – Using Meditation to Heal Addictions
    March 10 – Healing Parental Relationships
