    When:
    • Wednesday December 31st 1969 at 7:00pm to Wednesday June 9th 2021 at 9:00pm

This event is part of One Book, One Philadelphia 2021 centering Jericho Brown's collection of poems, THE TRADITION.

Join us to celebrate a season of discussing The Tradition by Jericho Brown. Following a reading and conversation with Jericho Brown and poet Ursula Rucker, we’ll listen to an intergenerational panel of artists, activists, and community space-holders.

The panelists will discuss what it means to re-create our world, how knowledge of our history informs how we collectively reimagine our society, and how we organize around the issues we see today combined with all the lessons we have inherited from the past. The conversation will address how we effectively create new traditions together for a new world.

Registrants will receive a Zoom event link.
