Young people age 12-20, join us for a day that will celebrate youth voices and inspire the activists of tomorrow!

Participate in workshops on a variety of topics, including the school to prison pipeline, memoir writing, immigration and asylum seekers, social media, media making, and social justice, and justice and self-expression. Make your voice heard in our social justice themed Open Mic session. Explore services and opportunities at local nonprofits during our Resource Fair. And hear from Keynote Speaker Wes Matthews, the 2018-2019 Philadelphia Youth Poet Laureate.

Learn how the topics you care most about intersect, and channel your inner activist!

Online registration is required at https://forms.gle/49wrpfQGw9bgLgq6A. Lunch and bus fare will be provided to participants who register by July 13.

This program has been made possible with generous support from the Philadelphia City Institute Board of Managers.
