    The Lansdowne Symphony Orchestra with conductor Reuben Blundell, will present the final concert of the 2017-2018 season. Music lovers ages 8 and up are invited to attend. The concert features Antonin Dvorak: Cello Concerto with guest artist Julian Schwarz, as well as Gustav Mahler: Symphony No. 1.

    Established over 70 years ago, the Lansdowne Symphony Orchestra is widely regarded as one of the region’s most impressive and innovative community orchestras, offering concerts at the Upper Darby Performing Arts Center and at other area venues. Over 70 members strong, the players are professionals from many fields who share a passion and commitment to serving the community with excellent orchestral music and promoting area talent. The players come from near - Lansdowne, the Main Line, and Philadelphia - and far - Chester County, and southern New Jersey.
