African Rhythms Drum and Dance Troupe is the University of Pennsylvania's only African drum and dance ensemble. The troupe was founded in 1993 by Raquiba Sealy and since then has worked to educated those on Penn's campus and the Philadelphia community on the beauty and nature of African drum and dance. We host annually productions as well as perform at various locations in the area. We work with both West African and Afro-Cuba Rhythms.
