Hyphen-Nation Arts is an experimental theater company which creates surprising and innovative performance pieces which examine what lies on the hyphen of our existence. We live in a society where our names, our identities, and our art are hyphenated; we create new works that respond to our growing hyphenated reality. Hyphen-Nation Arts' new works probe at the enigma of the “hyphen” and its ability to combine two different worlds, ideas, and/or selfhoods in the mission of creating something new but true to its original parts.
