Granite Hill is the Philadelphia Art Museum’s premier restaurant. Chef Gerald Drummond is responsible for a French-inspired menu full of seasonal appetizers, salads, sandwiches, entrees, specialty cocktails, and wines. The restaurant also features a Chef's Table with a daily selection of artisanal cheese, salads, charcuterie, and light dishes. Dishes are often themed with museum exhibitions.
