A new and refreshing café located in ever-expanding Northern Liberties, Higher Grounds celebrated its grand opening in January 2006. With the new incarnation of it's already great location, Higher Grounds hopes to pour something new and refreshing back into the community with free wireless service, local artist exhibitions, and acoustic musical performances. Late hours give another alternative to the already diverse and growing neighborhood.
