    Mano/Damno is an interdisciplinary art group exploring the boundary between living and performing to create playful works that critique and laud. Each project has a unique incarnation but all are intended to invoke emotional reaction and stimulate intellectual exploration. Founded in 2002, Mano/Damno is based in Philadelphia.

    Gabrielle Revlock, Director, graduated from Vassar College with a BA in Art History. For her stage work she has received support from PA Council on the Arts (2009), a New Edge Mix grant (2006) and was selected as the Vassar College Alumnae Choreographer in 2005. From 2008-2009 she was a nEW Festival resident artist. Her films have been shown two consecutive years (2007 & 2008) at the dance film festival, Motion Pictures programmed by Philadelphia Dance Projects. As a dancer, she is a company member of Jeanne Ruddy Dance and Meg Foley/Moving Parts. Soon she will be appearing in Red Thread with Lisa Kraus. Gabrielle has worked with many local and international choreographers including Leah Stein (Philly), Myra Bazell (Philly), Isabelle Chaffaud & Jerome Meyer (Netherlands), Sean Feldman (UK), Suzanna Linke (Germany), Willi Dorner (Austria), Katsura Kan (Japan) and Matthew Neenan for the Opera Company of Philadelphia. As a photographer she has been published in both Smithsonian and Bust magazine.
