At the base of the City Hall Tower, located above the clock level, are 8 bronze sculptural groups by Alexander Milne Calder. The sculptures represent Native Americans, Swedish Settlers, and eagles. The tallest figures are 24 feet in height, while the wingspan of each eagle, 4 in total, measures 14 feet across. The sculptures are anchored to the tower at approximately 405 feet above ground.
