The Northern Liberties Arts Association is an independent non-profit organization that exists to ensure that the presence of art and artists will continue to enrich and define the historic neighborhood of Northern Liberties. Founded in 2000 by residents Todd Kimmell, Heather Marshall, Kevin Mullavey, and Sue White, the NLAA hopes to educate local artists about buying property and utilizing each other as resources as a means to secure their way of life in the neighborhood.
