The Ogontz Avenue Revitalization Corporation (OARC) is a non-profit, 501(c)(3) community development corporation established in 1983 to revitalize the Ogontz Plaza. Since that time OARC has been a catalyst for the revitalization of the entire West Oak Lane community and has become a model for other communities throughout the nation. Today OARC's mission is to create and stimulate economic development and improve the quality of life in all of Northwest Philadelphia.
