    Join Roebling Museum guides for a walking tour of historic Roebling, the company town built in 1905 by the builders of the Brooklyn Bridge.


    This riverfront town on the Delaware is a virtually untouched example of worker housing from the American industrial age. Its 700 homes, company store, school, and library are listed on the National Register of Historic Places and every building has an important story to tell. Tour lasts approximately 1 hour.


    Free with Museum admission, admission price: Adult $7, Senior $6, Children 6-12 $5, Under 6 Free.


    Please note that if the temperature is over 90 degrees, the walking tour will be canceled for safety.

    Accessibility Information

    Service animals are welcome in Roebling Museum.

    Designated spaces are available in the museum’s parking area at the main entrance to the museum off of Hornberger Avenue. The museum’s main entrance is up a slightly inclined paved walkway approximately 150 feet long. An accessible ramp and power-assist door leads into the main lobby of Roebling Museum.

    For people with limited mobility, a drop-off area with a short walk to a door on street level on Second Avenue is available. Please proceed to the back entrance of the museum, by following the gate surrounding the building to Second Avenue. (First right out of the parking area.) After drop-off, cars should be parked in the museum lot. There is no designated patron parking on Second Avenue.

    Roebling Museum galleries, restrooms and media room are completely accessible by wheelchair. A wheelchair is available in the main lobby on a first-come first-served basis. If you arrive at the museum and need assistance, please call 609-499-7200 and a volunteer will be glad to assist you from the parking area.

    Roebling Museum gift shop is located in a portion of the lobby. The area is accessible and volunteers are available to help with any items that are hard to reach.
