The Harrisburg Downtown Improvement District’s mission is to enhance the image of downtown through programs and activities that help increase property values through effective and efficient services such as providing cleaning services, safety services and beautification services. The HDID exists to compliment the downtown’s wide range of services and work in cooperation with local government to supplement municipal services.
