    Explore on foot or online the more than 250 sculptures on the exterior and interior of City Hall, primarily attributed to artist Alexander Milne Calder. His most notable, the colossal statue of William Penn, overlooks the city atop the building. Other significant works such as Claes Oldenburg’s “Clothespin” and Jacques Lipchitz’ “Government of the People” can be found in this area (about 4.5 acres) in the heart of the city.
