Citizens Bank Park is not your typical ballpark. Why? Because it's packed with so many fun, fan friendly features. With real grass, angled seating, rooftop bleachers and a state-of-the-art design, Citizens Bank Park is destined to be a true fan favorite. Home of major league baseball's Philadelphia Phillies, the 43,500-seat ballpark opened its gates for its first official game on April 12, 2004. Featuring beautiful views of the Philadelphia skyline, exciting games, and a host of tasty concessions, the ballpark will be a grand slam for fans of all ages.
Tour guests will be treated to a brief audio/visual presentation of Citizens Bank Park, followed by an up-close look at the ballpark. Tour stops include the Phillies and visitors' dugouts, bi-level bullpens, Diamond Club (which features glass-enclosed batting cages), Cooperstown Gallery (which features 32 original oil paintings by artist Dick Perez), and the unique Hall of Fame Club. The tour also includes a walk-through of the Main Concourse and Service Level. Tours last approximately 90 minutes and start and end at the Majestic Clubhouse Store. McFadden's Restaurant & Saloon, which is open seven days a week for lunch and dinner, will offer lunch specials to those who show a tour receipt.
