    New York’s Finest “A Tribute to Sting & Police”

    “New York’s Finest Tribute to STING & The Police” is a live musical tribute to
    the hit songs of the 70’s and 80’s iconic Rock artists STING & THE POLICE.
    New York’s Finest was founded on a dare for a classic album tribute night in
    New York City. The Challenge: “Can you guys perform The Police’s 1st album?”
    Challenge accepted!


    “NYF’s” tribute steers concert fans through The Police’s early punk era and
    evolves to the more sophisticated material of their later records and Sting’s solo
    catalog.
    “NYF” stays true to the 3 band member line up of The Police while they tap into
    the signature style of the funky reggae pop rock fusion that Sting & The Police
    made a global phenomenon.
    “NYF” features Mark Rinzel of “Jessie’s Girl” The worlds hottest 80’s tribute
    band. Mark is one of the few humans who can play bass and sing like 70’s/80’s era
    Sting.

    Accessibility Information

    Uptown! Knauer Performing Arts Center has an outdoor lift which can be accessed from the theater parking lot on the South side of the building. Directions for lift usage are posted on the lift. Patrons using the lift will access the theater via the Bar area on the Main Floor. Once inside the building, an elevator is available to access all three floors of the theater. Handicapped seating is available.
