    WHEN: Be held from July 27 to August 3

    WHERE: In the Field Concert Hall of The Curtis Institute of Music, located at 1726 Locust Street off of Rittenhouse Square in center city Philadelphia.

    CONCERTS: The robust PYPA schedule will feature 16 Master Classes showcasing its promising student artists under the tutelage of the faculty. Additionally, 7 full length recitals will be presented. Three recitals will be performed by PYPA’s young artists. The bolstering the “festival” atmosphere of PYPA will be four more concerts, each one featuring a different PYPA faculty member—Mr. Liu, Mr. Babayan and Ms. Hu. The final recital will feature chamber music works played by Ms. Hu and members of the Philadelphia Orchestra.

    DISTINGUISHED FACULTY: The exceptional PYPA faculty includes four master performers and pedagogues—Charles Abramovic, Chair of the Temple University Piano Department; Meng-Chieh Liu of the Curtis Institute of Music piano faculty; Sergei Babayan from the Cleveland Institute of Music; and, PYPA Artistic Director, Ching-Yun Hu.
